To register for the conference please download the registration form, fill it (don’t forget to save it in your computer) and send it to email@example.com, along with a proof of payment of the registration fees.

After sending your registration for to firstname.lastname@example.org, you will receive an e-mail confirming that there are still vancancies. After receiving this email, please send a proof of bank transfer to the same e-mail. Your registration will not be completed without this.
Registration fees must be paid by bank transfer. Please note that all money transfer costs must be paid by the registrant.
You will find all the information needed to do the bank transfer in the registration form.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• There will be no refunds of registration fees.
• Registered attendees must pick-up name tag and Congress package on site.
• Receipts will be issued for registrations until May 20, for those participants who request them at their registration and provide the required information. Receipts should be picked up on the days of the event, at the registration counters.
